What you should do?

To upgrade to iCard, you need to download the iCard app. Then you should log in to your new iCard account by using the same login credentials for your LeoPay account. Your personal account, IBAN, balance, and cards should appear in the new platform.

What is not changing?

• Your account, IBAN and balance remain active and unchanged. Your LeoPay card will remain active also and you will continue to use it until the expiration date printed on the card. The account statements will be accessible from an archive folder in your new iCard account.

• LeuPay Business clients will continue to use the LeoPay.eu online platform and the LeoPay app.

• Financial services will continue to be provided by the leading EU e-money institution - iCard AD, licensed by BNB, providing cross-border e-money services in all EEA countries under EU passport rules, Principle Member of Mastercard, VISA, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay, Bancontact, Borica and other schemes

All services for Business clients remain unchanged.
